Forms Max Design Area is stored in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0\Options\ResHeight
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0\Options\ResWidth

If I needed to, I would change Environments manager code (HOME()+\Tools\xsource\xsource.zip (\VFPSource\EnvMgr\)) to have Max area in Environment Manager and change between two environments: Self forms and User forms :-)
