Only objects below of the stratched field will move down. Add invisible line between testers and stations. It'll push all objects below it down when it floats.
                     f.balance    f.starttime           f.finishtime         etc
         l.Testers     f.testers____________________________________
         ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
         l.Stations    f.stations___________________________________
