I am going to make a proposal in my organization to start using VSTS. I don't really know any "experts" on the subject so I thought I would toss my requirements out here and see what kind of info I could gather.

First, as a developer I need it for source control for VS.NET, I need it to enhance our ability for multiple people to work on the same project, and I need it for source control for other files, such as Business Objects report files. We will probably have 3-5 people in this same role (I am the coolest though, so no worries there).

We also have two DBA's. They will need it to check in the Business Objects report files. I'm trying to learn other functions that a DBA can perform in VSTS - suggestions would be welcome.

We have a technical lead person who probably needs the ability to get into the system and maintain it, do backups, and provide oversight. We would possible have 2 people fulfill this role.

I know that we need TFS. Would the developer roles (jack of all trade, also does database stuff) benefit front the Team Suite? I'm assuming the database editions would be best for the database admins. How about the technical leads?

Any info would be appreciated!
