What is the purpose of the SET PRINTER ON command? If you are merely returning the printer to the default printer after setting it to file, the you only need the SET PRINTER TO or SET PRINTER TO printername command. The SET PRINTER ON will give you a page eject because it opens a print-spooler item. When you close the application (or when the spooler times out) the spooler item closes and sends a page-eject to the printer.
