There are at least two, maybe three projects going on at the moment.
eTecnologia.com -- their goal is to create a .NET -system with full VFP functionality. This may still not be a full-blown VFP translation system, but at least you should be able to recompile ALL of your code and all forms into .NET without too much trouble. Under construction alredy for some 2+ years, I think.
www.etecnologia.netGuineu -- a Foxpro runtime except that it runs on .NET. The goal evidently is to be able to plop your VFP porject into this bad boy and run it as if you had rewritten your entire VFP application in C#! Awesome if it eventually works. Under construction already for some 2+ years, I think.
http://guineu.foxpert.com/Graig Boyd's VFP Studio project -- using Windows Isolated Shell to make VFP development in .NET possible. Under construction for some 1+ years.

http://www.mail-archive.com/profox@leafe.com/msg38551.htmlTrying to make VFP into .NET language is a big task, and all of these efforts have been ongoing for quite a while already with little more than proof-of-concept applications. eTecnologia appears to be farthest along, and they have an ASP -option as well as straight Windows, so there is some promise of being able to write .NET web applications in VFP.
If you are under a time-crunch with the translation and if you have a good-size budget for it, check out the
