I believe, it is not ADO limitation, but Excel's. And it depends on Excel version.
What are expected records number you want to copy?

Other than that, I am curious of why do you use ADO to connect to VFP table, and then copy records from ADO recordset to Excel; and what is the reason to do it one by one?
