>>>Yes exactly. Also, people not getting vaccinated can become a growing bed for the viruses to grow and mutate
>>
>>It's actually a very complex and serious topic. A couple of years back I read a book (forgot now the author, but I have it at home) about vaccinations and some serious side effects in some cases. Based on this book I refused to have all vaccinations for my younger child, so he is now a little bit behind (we catch up on most of the vaccinations later)

>It is a tough decision to make. I spent quite a bit of time in some 3rd world countries where many diseases no longer prevalent here in the U.S. are still almost common or at least not uncommon. I remember really agonizing over the decision for my daughter. I finally decided to go ahead with all of the vaccines that had been use for years.

Really? Wow, of all the things I have not been worrying about....

I have a new theory about the U.S. I think we as a society are a little on the nuts side. Throughout our history we have been a destination for loose screws and rolling stones from around the world who weren't happy at home. This has resulted in us tending to be motivated, independent, dissatisfied, and unwilling to color inside the lines. In a word, a little craaaaaazy. I am only halfway joking.
