>>>Now, if only I could figure out a way for her to stay in highschool for 3 more years. I could get the 1st degree tuition free... :o)
>>
>>Very interesting. So she's a rising high school senior? I like the idea of high schoolers getting a peak at college courses. My oldest starts college this fall so we've been doing the computer shopping, meal plan buying, dorm outfitting, course selection, tuition payment, and book buying. Thank goodness he's staying in $tate. But since he knows everything already, college seems redundant.

>I had a house full of these freshpersons-to-be, as our youngest has been to the same courses with them most of the last two years. And know what, 1) I also love this AP system, even with in-state tuitions it is really a saver, 2) they do know everything and I'm glad they do - so did we when it was our turn, nothing wrong with that. Actually, what chance I had to talk with them felt much better than most of what I get to talk with my neighbors. Also, nothing wrong there, so it should be, these are the smart kids on the magnet program.

Were / are your kinds in the kemps landing school? In my son's case, with this year, the # of students graduating high school peaks. His college received over 20k applications for 3.5k spots.
