This is for federal district court. According to the threat-o-gram potential jurors get, we serve for 2 months. If we sit on a trial, then we get at least the following week off.

I got picked out of the 28 person pool (should have been 30 - 2 people will get fines and/or jail according to the court) for an 8 person jury Monday morning and trial started in the afternoon. So far, the judge and both sets of attourneys think we'll be done by Friday.

From what we've seen so far, we (the jurors) are wondering which particular Friday they meant :(
