In addition to Nancy's questions, do you have the original source code? If not, you will need to re-create it with one of the commercial decompilers.

If you're looking to combine all the programs into a single app, you'll need to do a lot of planning about classes, business objects, etc. that can be used for all the different sections. Some of these may already be in the VFP5 application(s), but you should work on the overall 'scheme' before you do any conversion.
