Very simple: I thought people would ask which development environment or suggest I do it post SELECT - just trying to avoid answering a question to my question - that's all. I know T-SQL language is going to be the same for any development language.

I've posted questions here on c# programming (where I explicitly state c#) and I have received answers telling me how to do it in VB - but I was appreciative of the VB responses nonetheless.
