I'd rather not go through all the records 1-by-1 just to delete records.
At this time I'm only concerned with 1 table. This table has about 50,000 records. Would it be wise to just delete all the records in this table and just IMPORT all the updated records from the updated table? How would one delete all the records in a table?

This has been working out, but recently I've been getting duplicate recrods. How do I implement an IMPORT and elimnate/ignore dulicate records. Is there a way to tell SQL Server's Import to ignore records already in the table?
