I had filled out the questionnaire but I do not recall that (and I was looking for any way out). Maybe I missed it.

I think I may call the jury manager/clerk/whatever she is called who is in charge of the jury pool and ask her. I'm supposed to be available for the remainder of 2 months - If I can get out of it I will.

We finished yesterday BTW.
