Help!!

I 've a exe of foxpro application say (exe1) and i want to grab(catch) the variables of exe1 while it is running and manipulate the values of these variables without stopping the exe1 and return these values.
(I mean i want to manipulate the the values of the variables in exe1 at the runtime)

is it possible ?? if possible how??
