I have not seen this. But, here are a few question:

1. Have you ever sucessfully compiled EXE's before?
2. Does this occur if you run your app from PRG's, MPR's, etc.
3. Does the main VFP system menu look OK?
4. What type of video driver are you using?
5. Have you tested your app on another machine? If so, how does it appear.
