Do you at design time? If you for instance have designed two forms, and want to use a pageframe with two pages instead, you can copy and paste them in the designer:
Create a form, add a pageframe and give it two pages. Save the form, I call it frmPageX.
Modi form yourfirstform
Ctrl-a, ctrl-c, escape
modi form frmPageX
Select page 1
ctrl-v, ctrl-w
Modi form yoursecondform
Ctrl-a, ctrl-c, escape
modi form frmPageX
Select page 2
ctrl-v
That's it!
