Maybe IE was busy doing something initiated by user?

>The message that comes back on 800706ba is 'RPC Server is Unavailable'. I am not sure of the message for the 800706b5 message. It has only occured once to my knowledge and it was after the ba error had been received during the session. In other words, when the procedure was initially run the ba error occured. Subsequently, when the procedure was rerun, without restarting the program, the b5 error occured.
