I have a program that deals with scanners which users use to read barcodes.
I need to do some additional data logging after each scan by sending data to non VFP environment.
Just before I send data out I have to delay execution for just .1 or even less of a second using INKEY(.1).
The users aer noticing that. Is there a way to wait for a line of a code to be executed but meanwhile let VFP keep going?
I think am asking something crazy.
