There are actually 8 tables involved in the report but the data we're concerned about here is in two separate cursors--one for Parties and one for Attorneys, each the result of an SPT query. Unfortunately, party name is the foreign key in the Attorneys table and since it is a single field it's difficult to sort Parties by surname. This client is always getting hung up on minutia and often misses the big picture entirely. Since she seems to really want this report--at any cost--now may be the time to try to sell the structure changes again!
