do i have access to the activecontrol while i am on the toolbar and menu? i have a "save" button on the toolbar. i tried writing generic code for any of the pageframes and could not get the activecontrol.

if type(osdi.omainscr.page&activepage..activecontrol.name ) = "C"

could not get it to work. because drilling down wrong or not have access to active control in the toolbar?

also have grids on the active page. any tips how to drill down to the textbox (only control in the grid)?
