Some printers have options to reduce to fit so maybe when you pick the printer and a different paper size the output is getting reduced to fit on the page per the options.

I've been having trouble with VFP 9 SP2 and landscape reports ... they tend to get shifted down and to the right slightly. Of course, I also know now that my printer rotates the opposite direction as most printers so yours may be shifting up and the left. Try creating a report with WHOLE PAGE set. Define some lines or boxes or something at specific places on the report .. such as 1" down from the top, sides, and bottom. Preview the report to see that it looks right .. then print and see if it gets shifted.
