Hi everybody,

I see the following phrase "Email all participants of this event". I asked my colleague what exactly did he mean here - email to all participants? He said "Yes", but saying Email to all participants would not be a proper English.

Would you please clarify, if he is indeed correct? For some reason I have doubts.
