No worry - next time you build with recompile, it will compile all class libraries and forms, which also packs them if possible (i.e. if not in use by someone else at the time, which is almost never the case). Packing reduces the size of the memos - the methods and objcode fields are overwritten after every edit, and that's the most likely cause why does it grow. Compiling also shrinks them.
