Hi Nadya,

The search function was totally screwed up in Windows XP. I have other problems: 1) When searching for files with a certain text, certain files get excluded. 2) It searches within archived files (ZIP), making the search terribly slow.

The simplest solution is simply NOT TO USE Windows search. Use Agent Ransack (freeware) instead.
