We have the north Welsh for whom English is the 2nd language. Similarly to all the Canadian provinces BUT Quebec, the road signs, etc, are all ion Welsh/English (Welsh 1st)

>That's a good question, but it's not just a matter of spelling. What I was trying to point out is that they don't seem to know that french is also a official language in Canada and that the native language of around 7 millions Canadians is french (mostly in Quebec).
