Taskpane is launched through registry setting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\9.0\Options\_STARTUP. If you move the _STARTUP value into a config.fpw than you could have a config.fpw with empty _STRARTUP value for that project.
