Not sure what is causing your problem. Have you verified that all tables are closed cleanly and your users exit your app the appropriate way every time? Do you cleanly close all tables at every possible exit of your app? No power outages or network disconnects occurring? I recommend you look at SDT to repair the tables on the fly from inside your app:
