It's far too easy for people (mostly male) who never have to undergo the trauma of giving birth to a child of rape to pontificate on the subject. If men had to give birth, I'd bet the laws would be very different.

Also, from the other argument, the people in Gitmo never received due process either, and we know you are quite happy with that situation.
