>Dragan, again I'd have to ask: which poster or religion says that the mother's life cannot be saved at the expense of the fetus? Knowing your prejudice against religion ;-) I would recommend that you check assumptions at an authoritative source. ;-) For example, those demon Catholics specifically state that medical practitioners can save a mother's life at the expense of the fetus if it comes to it.
I assume it was the damn atheists who pushed such a law in one of the states.
Why should I search posters only? I read the whole internet every morning :).

I agree that abortion is the worst form of contraception. Guard rails are the worst way to prevent a vehicle from going off the road - there are so many other things that can be done before it comes to that. Should we remove them, then?>
>Sounds great except that every precept is unuseful- unless you're saying that women drive off roads and get pregnant in the same fashion.
No, vehicles get pregnant.
Ah... fashion. I read "with the same passion".
Just like any analogy, this one goes only so far. You can get off the road when a truck pushes you - guardrails may help you there. But then that's where analogy stops, because the traffic paradigm involves too many variables (speed, pavement type, vehicles, time of day etc etc) whereas pregnancy is pretty much a yes/no and if yes, how far.
I had to look up "precept".
