First of all thanks a lot for your time trying to help on this issue.

Since the issue is about and old version that I will not use in teh future, anoterh way of addressing my problems is as follow:

My application is a web app that use MM .Net 2.4 and Infragistics 2007 Version 1. In fact I don't need to modify it but just put it online in a new web server (Win 2003 Server) that has no MM .Net dlls for the version 2.4 (I never created a deploiment package for this app)

So it wouldd help me a lot if you guys tell me how to get the 2.4 DLLs for:

assembly="Mere Mortals Framework Interfaces 2005, Version=2.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2312FEFB461DBB0E"/>
assembly="Mere Mortals Framework Web Forms 2005, Version=2.4.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken

And how to install them in my server so the application can run. I understand that I have to put this dlls in the global Cache or in teh Bin folder (is that correct?).

I was intenting to get the DLLs from reinstalling 2.4. May be you guys could tell me how to get them and tell me how to install it.

I have in my Bin folder only the dll for the NetAdvantage subclass as follow:
