PcAW belongs to Symantec, and from what I saw between the last three versions, they fixed one bug in the file management (doesn't hang up the connection if there's you try to send a file and there's a sharing violation, i.e. file already open by something else on remote machine) and reworked the GUI to be nearly unusable for those who got used to the old one, while not offering any improvement. PCAW and Symantec are pieces I learned to dislike deeply. Yep, the same Symantec who bought Norton AV and turned it into a monster racketing the unsuspecting buyers of HP laptops (and maybe other Vista tax payers). "Your PC is unprotected!" - selling protection, eh? That was frowned upon during prohibition.

Could they have created a Remote Desktop access to work with Cisco VPN? I do have one other customer that makes me connect via VPN and they using Remote Desktop (IIRC).

Thank you.
