Give "Imaging for Windows" a Try...

It comes with Windows 95 OSR2 (as Wang) and with Windows 98 (as Kodak), It has components for handling almost everything, you can find the OCX's help files within the \windows\help subdirectory (wangimg.hlp, wangocxd.hlp for the wang version, imghelp.hlp and imgocxd.hlp for the kodak version).
