>>>We are using Visual FoxPro 5.0 to create a framework. We are now making a security-form and we want to use a grid with a view instead of multible tables. Now we would like to know if it is possible to use a view in a multi user environment so that more than one person can access and change the data without getting any errors.

There are no specific advantages in regard to multiuser environment. Generally speaking, views allow to provide multi-record save/cancel at once fuctionality better than tables, but tables provide faster interface. Normally, application uses both tables and views depends on current form requirements.
