Just found (on the wife's laptop, still haven't mastered that copy/paste across machines) a comment in a readers' forum in a Serbian newspaper, about ms. Rice chiding Russia for attacking a small country:

"So Serbia is equal with NATO - WOW, I knew we were big and great, but didn't know we were this big!"
