Hi Dennis,

> once I see a certain port (TCP or UDP) that is connected and want it disconnected, is there a command line utility that will do such?

Aside from terminating the application (TASKKILL.EXE) or installing a firewall I'm not aware of any tool that would close the socket of a running application.
