I wouldn't say smarter, just possibly more astute and contemplative. Obama is following the Howard Dean track....can't lose until the moderates displace the loonies and then he's toast.

The Russians are acting up, and that is going to be in the back of a lot of voters, and if the Repubs don't use that, they are crazy. Who would you rather have in the Oval office, a black alfred e. newman, or an old war horse? I'm going with the old soldier over the clown, everytime!
