Timecard.exe is the program that launches the error stating that it doesn't exist. It is a VFP Error. It would be like me saying "I don't exist" <g>
And VFP*.dll (vfp500, vfpenu etc) are really in win\system dir ? (a faulty vfp500.dll is not always overwritten with setup wizard - try it manually).
