A duck! No wait, it is still not about other countries. 1 on 5 of *us* is not something *we* should be feel good about among *ourselves*. It's not about what our neighbors think. However, there is a cheap way available any time you wanna feel better, yeah, head out to Zimbabwe and flaunt it -- if you're a schadenfreude kinda guy. But... speaking of schadenfreude... maybe avoid Germany, for example, because you'd just feel bad all over again.
