Hi Ed -

You can right-click the Project Manager, choose "Project Info...", and activate the "Attach Icon" checkbox.
At runtime, you can assign a _screen.Icon additionally. See also:

The latter is a little old, mentions 16x16 and 32x32 resolutions only - for WinXP you may want to add 24x24 and 64x64, and 256x256 for Vista.
