depends on why the grid doesn't display all records. If you switch the index order, make sure you issue GO TOP or LOCATE before displaying the grid. If you do this while displaying the grid, make sure that the grid doesn't have the focus while you change the order, refresh the grid and then set the focus back to the grid.
