Probably you are talking about including HTML file to the project; and then you are going to display this file on the form.
I am not sure how one can use " webrowser OLE" to only view the file. As far as I know, webbroser control has its own menu that can be called with a click or right_click on its body. Do you know how to disable webbrowser menu?
