Are there limits to cursor size in Windows XP? I've tried creating mouse cursors w/ 48x48 and 64x64 dimensions, but XP will display them as 32x32. I'm mainly trying to configure a few machines for a some folks who have visual acuity problems. I've already set their display DPI to 250% of normal size, and the icon display to large icons. All that remains is to increase mouse cursor size (the "extra large" scheme is 32x32 sized -- I need something a tad bigger). Anybody know if I'm running into a hardcoded limit within Windows itself, or is it a driver-related issue? I could bypass the issue completely and change to lower display resolution -- but unfortunately, with anything other than the "natural" resoution of the display on a LCD monitor, the display looks awful. Depending on the LCD monitor, you get:
* Display scales up to fill screen but everything looks "fuzzy/blurry"
* A small "window" surrounded by black -- i.e. only the portion consisting of the pixel sizes you asked for (e.g. if you ask for 640x480, you get simply a 640x480 portion of the display).
