I actually do, sometimes. Too much or too little of anything is just not good. I've had three cigarettes this summer. I think I may have another one next month... or maybe not, I'll see. I also think I'll smoke a full pack in a week, some time next year. It's actually quite good, it's just a matter of proper dosage :).
