About 15-20 (with about 5 new to VFP) in Los Angeles out of about 600 total. Compared to VB session about 150, InterDev about 50.

As a side note, I didn't like the VFP presentation nor the Interdev. The speakers sounded very knowledgeable but the presentation was something to be desired. The VB presentation was excellent, the best I've ever attended. The VB session got so much "WOW" from the attendants and deservedly so.

For anyone new to both tools, I think it is easier to "WOW" them with VB than with VFP, especially in such short period of time. Unless if VFP session included some big data handling capabilities and OOP features comparing VFP to VB (which MS won't do), I think it's hard to convince new developers to use VFP over VB.

Just my impression.
John.

>I'm curious to know what the turnout/attendance was for the FoxPro session at all the various DevDays. I heard from a co-worker that John Peterson had 8 people at the one in Philly. I'm interested to see how popularity rates across the country if anyone else is willing to share? Thanks!
It's "my" world. You're just living in it.
