C'mon... was there ever a successful orchestrated assasination (or a close attempt) at a truly right-wing politician? Remember that in the year when there was an attempt on pres. Reagan, John Lennon was successfully shot (and Lennon's FBI file was inches thick).
The probability of assassination of a president who leans insufficiently to the extreme right, like mr. Obama does, is proportionate to the square of this insufficiency. How many Kennedys vs how many Bushes? How many small aircraft fell, over the decades, with politicians onboard, and what were their colors?
C'mon, is there any danger at all (for mr. McCain ever getting assassinated)?
