Good morning,
I need a customer to upload some files to my FTP. I set up an FTP on my web site, created a user with user name and password and set this use to access a folder on my FTP.
I tested this on my 2 computers. I can enter the FTP url and then either paste of drag and drop files into this ftp/folder. No problem on my end.
However, the customer is having a problem. He sees "Index of
ftp://ftp.mysite.com/myfolder" and cannot paste to this folder.
What could be the problem on his end that does not allow him to paste or drop files into this folder?
