I assume that if I checked more than one I would see them as individual entries in my program sub-menu. For example, I could have the program EXE entry, a separate help entry, configuration entry, and so on.

Glad to be of help. If it's of interest, you might want to check out my Shortcut Link Files DLL. Using it you could also give your users the option to put your program on their desktop or directly on the start menu. The help file tells how.
