Hi, maybe I am kind of rusty, and I am missing something, here is my situation

I have an application for reporting against a MSSQL server database, since the application is multicompany, there are several databases

I am building the reports criteria screens so i set some remote views for the user to select the criterias. My problem now is, since i am working on a test environment, How do I change the connection to work with the actual data based on the company

I know i can create several dbc and connections ponting to the right databases, that could be asolution, but on the side of security, I do not want to store the user and password with the connection, but if i remove the user and password and create a connection at the beggining of my app it seems not to be working even though i have the RV set as shared connection.

any ideas to fix this would be apreciated
