Mostly what stops me is lack of time. I am sure there are good frameworks and tools. But to choose the right one it takes time.

eTechnologia would be great, from the little I read about them here. But I am not putting too much stock into it. My suspicion is that it is also a one (or maybe two) people shop. So, how can they pull such a project?!
