I presume the last word was about the definite article on "official" - maybe there were multiple official reports? Or was it on "he" (maybe he was a she), or on "is" (dead, maybe not true anymore), or "report" (maybe it wasn't a report at all, but an advertisement for a rubber eraser, as in "it erases ALL the trace!")?

I guess it's all just a distraction, so nobody will notice when someone steals the k from the noll. Nobody will hear anything, I'm sure.
